In the event you have received a defective product, please contact us via e-mail at info@perritopetboutique.com within 3 DAYS of receipt. Please include order# in the subject line and  a clear photo of the damage/defect with your email.  Without proper notice, defective claims will not be considered. 

*All items are hand-made to order. Slight variation on fabric color, fabric position or size is normal.
